An autopsy performed on the body of the 15-pound stillborn baby, Gianni Taylor, at the San Fernando General Hospital revealed he died from an enlarged heart and heart failure. The autopsy was done at the mortuary of the hospital by Professor Hubert Daisley on Tuesday.
